A student walked up to our table at a campus event last semester and said, “I want to play hockey.” He had never laced up skates in his life. Our answer? Great! Let’s get you on the ice. 🏒 and this exact scenario happens often. We invite everyone to be a part of the club. You can play or be off the ice and help manage the team! You don’t need a hockey background, you don’t need a junior career, you just need the will to show up. But there are a few things every new player or member should know before they commit. We put the 3 biggest ones in this carousel: → Why does your skill level matter less than you think → The reason practices sometimes start at 11 PM → How players (and fans) actually keep this program running Swipe through, then come find us at the next home game at Gateway Ice Center. If you’re a Fresno State student, orrr even a little curious about joining, slide into our DMs. We mean it. #FresnoState #GoDogs #Fresno #FresnoStateHockey #growthegame
