Brew a Beer called "Green Bay Tears" Since John owned up to the bet...Green Bay Tears was born and it's going to be incorporated into every element of our pizza. The dough, emulsifed into beer brats, beer braised onions, a Green Bay Tears pub cheese, and a beer mustard. The pizza begins with a layer of shredded mozzarella and Wisconsin's finest sharp cheddar and is then topped with the beer brats and braised onions.
