#Brampton is set to rename a park in honour of a Pakistani family who helped establish the city's first mosque ‼️🙏 As part of Islamic History Month, the city announced that Eastbourne Park will officially be renamed 'Kalair Family Park' to celebrate the contributions of brothers Muhammad Nawaz Kalair & Muhammad Aslam Kalair The brothers immigrated to Canada from Punjab, Pakistan in 1967, and helped establish Brampton's first mosque, Jami Makki Masjid in 1977 🅱️🛣️
