Be a part of Downtown Tempe’s music history! 🎸✨ Downtown Tempe is home to a collection of music plaques honoring the artists who helped shape Mill Avenue’s music scene, and during Meet Me on Mill, we’re adding another one for The Pistoleros right next to the iconic Hayden Flour Mill. Meet us at the Hayden Flour Mill Main Stage at 6:30 PM for a special presentation and plaque unveiling honoring these local music legends. Did you know? Founded by brothers Mark and Lawrence Zubia, The Pistoleros, originally known as The Chimeras, were at the heart of the 1990s “Tempe Sound” that helped put Mill Avenue’s music scene on the national map. Stick around afterward for more live music and everything else happening during Meet Me on Mill. 🎶 📍 Mill Ave. 🗓️ Friday, Oct. 23 ⏰ 5 - 9 PM Hit the link in our bio for the full event lineup and details. #downtowntempe #meetmeonmill #millave #tempeaz #tempeevents
