Happy Birthday KP 🎂 Before any teams were picked , before any tournament was won , before any tour was undertaken to the USA, there were 3 kids who believed in what i was preaching. 2 young men , and one little 11 year old girl , who had a dream much bigger than most would dare to have. A dream to play for New Zealand , a dream to go to college in the USA, and a dream to do something that nobody (not even she) believed was possible. She was the first female athlete i ever worked with , the first young girl in QLD that trusted me to help her find out what she was capable of becoming. There were mornings she wanted to quit, days where she hated the sight of me , and moments where the goals she had inside her , seemed too impossible to ever be fulfilled.
