In my work with cord cutting, I only ever cut a cord once neutral emotion has been established. Neutrality is established through whichever path the client needs: self-compassion, forgiveness, or at times a clear logical understanding of what happened. There are other ways as well. A cord cut while it is still charged will return. It shows up in many ways, usually as chaotic experiences and major triggers thrown back at my client, magnetized to that same cord energy. After 18 years of this work, I know how to cut cords in a way that lasts. It is efficient, and it creates true timeline and reality shifts.
