When you're in a public place and you want to attract attention, you're going to attract it from people you want attention from and people you don't.
That's the reality of being in public.
If you choose to dress a certain way because it makes you feel good, boosts your confidence, and you enjoy the attention, understand one thing: you don't get to choose who notices you.
And when you're around people with low intelligence, poor discipline, and little self-control, it's like waving a steak in front of a hungry dog and expecting it not to bite.
You might be able to train the dog eventually, but you can't control its behavior in the moment.
You can, however, control your own choices and the signals you put out into the world.
You can't control who gives you attention. But you can make conscious decisions about the attention you're likely to attract.
