episode 12 of ✨barely buzzed✨ my series where I make low and no alcohol cocktails that are pretty and delicious! Not many people know this but I actually had to send “unsave the dates” for my big traditional wedding 😂 Travis and I instead got married in Positano and it was so magical and perfect for us! 7 years down and still celebrating every single day 💛 SOFTER SGROPPINO (makes 1) ◻️1 scoop lemon sorbet ◻️1 oz LaCroix Limoncello, chilled ◻️1 oz prosecco, chilled ◻️Lemon zest and lemon juice, to taste ◻️Olive oil, for topping ◻️Lemon slice, basil and edible flowers, for garnish 1. Add lemon sorbet, sparkling water and prosecco to a glass. Whisk until smooth and slightly slushy. 2. Add lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon juice to taste, stirring gently to combine. Top with a drizzle of olive oil. 3. Garnish with a lemon slice, basil and edible flowers. Enjoy immediately. #barelybuzzed
