episode 6 of ✨barely buzzed✨ my series where I make low and no alcohol cocktails that are pretty and delicious! the SOFT LANDING is my low alcohol riff on one of our fav cocktails, a paper plane 🍋 SOFT LANDING (makes 1) ◻️ 1 1/2 oz fresh grapefruit juice ◻️ 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino ◻️ 1/2 oz Aperol ◻️ 1/2 oz lemon juice ◻️ Pinch sea salt ◻️ Dehydrated grapefruit, for garnish 1. To a cocktail shaker - Add grapefruit juice, Amaro Nonino, Aperol, lemon juice, sea salt and ice. Shake for 20 seconds, until well chilled. 2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. If desired, garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit slice. #barelybuzzed
