A 23-year-old man, William Chapman, was killed by a tiger at a UK wildlife park over the weekend. On Monday, Trump posted the actual footage of the attack to Truth Social with the caption “Don’t ever mess with nature!” About a minute later, he posted a 24-second montage of lions appearing to maul people, set to upbeat music. He followed up with a 23-second AI-generated video of himself smiling and wrestling a tiger, set to “The Lion Sleeps Tonight.” Chapman’s family has publicly asked people to stop sharing footage of the attack, saying its circulation is causing “severe distress at an exceptionally vulnerable time.”
