Follow & comment ‘LIST’ to snag all the recipes + my sick kit list w/ more food ideas 🤧
Tbh we’ve been on the struggle bus the past few days, so I thought what perfect timing to share some things we’ve been eating lately
It’s to be expected for them to not eat much when they’re sick, and I always remind myself + clients to think about what YOU lean towards when you’re not feeling well….
Soups/broths, plain crackers, smoothies, oatmeal, toast, noodles, soft foods (pancakes, muffins), popsicles, or just munch on snacky things to get somethinggg in 🥲
Focus on hydration/liquids, small freq bites, comfort + rest, fresh air, & asking for help to play w the healthy active littles
SAVE these easy foods for sick toddlers & SEND to another mama who needs this list 🫶🏼
