We had the pleasure of sitting down with author Max Fischer and discussing his debut novel, THE UNPOETIC LIFE OF AUGUST GRAY, releasing October 20th! With characters based on his own experiences growing up trans, Fischer delivers a powerful message on self-love, overcoming grief, and gaining the courage to live your truth. Written in verse, Fischer uses the musical tools of poetry to tell August’s story. He hopes readers walk away feeling joy and learning how to embrace themselves as they are. ❤️ Swipe the slides to find out more about Max Fischer and THE UNPOETIC LIFE OF AUGUST GRAY!
