🥅 Let’s make every save count. For the Bay. For our neighbors. For each other. This season I launched Silky Saves for the Bay, my fundraising campaign rooted in something I’ve learned on the field as a @wearebayfc goalkeeper: when the shot comes, you step up to make the save. And right now, too many of our neighbors are facing the uncertainty of how to put food on the table — 1 in 6 residents in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties turns to @2ndharvest every month. Together, we can help make sure our community has access to the food they need and know that their community is here to support. Here’s where it gets even better: every gift will be DOUBLED thanks to a generous match from Sheryl Sandberg & Tom Bernthal and Kat Carroll & Ali Rosenthal! 🙌 Let’s show what’s possible when a community comes together: shfb.online/Silky26JS #SilkySavesForTheBay #FeedingSiliconValley #SecondHarvest #BayFC #EndHunger
