India globally generates the third-highest volume of e-waste each year. Many workers in the informal sector, especially women, have limited access to safety or economic opportunities. That's why we partnered with PCI India to launch E-Rozgar. So far, 253 women have received business and technical training, leading to the creation of six women-led e-waste enterprises under the Naari Circuit brand.
