One of my goals this year is to take care of myself 🫶 1/4 of 2023 has already passed by, so I wanted to do some reflection. So far, I have prioritized my mental and physical health in ways I never have before. I am putting myself and those that I love first. I left a job that was not a right fit for me. I started taking my physical health seriously. I learned to give myself, and others, grace. I’m working on not working on the time (this is so big for me). And I’m trying to treat myself as I would treat others. Sometimes I forget that I deserve love too. With April coming up shortly, what are some of your goals you’re working on in 2023?
