8th street has a bike lane now, between 8th and 10th Ave SW anyway. It used to be 2 lanes of traffic on each side but with this change it'll be a single lane each side. Guessing they'll be putting one on the other side as well? It's not clear from the photo but the bike lane is like 5 inches higher than the road, with a curb. #Calgary #yyc #yycbike
