Remember that Atlantic red snapper from this morning? We take pride in serving sustainable seafood here at terrasc, and have been excited to have snapper back on the menu the past couple seasons after the fishery was closed for some time. We hope that conservation practices will continue to allow future generations to enjoy this Southern fish. This season, we’ve been serving it with white shrimp, crawfish and Carolina Gold rice.
