Tonight we’re riffing on a classic. The Grapefruit Negroni is Negroni’s slightly brighter cousin, and is just as simple to whip up after work. You’ll need: - 1 oz. Gin - 1 oz. Campari or Cappelletti - 1 oz. Sweet Vermouth - 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice Stir in a mixing glass over ice, and pour into a glass with an ice cube. Garnish with grapefruit. Let us know if you make one 👌
