Growing up in Utah I always watched and wished I skied and it wasn’t till I was entirely 💔 and desperate for a distraction that I finally learned to ski at age 26! This year I’m turning 31 and I’m headed to Switzerland to ski Zermatt. This trip would’ve never come about had I let my doubts and fears rule. Learning to ski was the best decision I made for myself at that time. It helped me in so many ways mentally, physically and also helped me connect to so many new people who ski too.
