Behind the scenes of the Rosecliff restoration! So much work is happening at Rosecliff to keep it preserved for future generations. The biggest part is restoring the roof and the 600 feet of balustrade around its perimeter. The Ballroom floor has been replaced with 305 white oak panels, each 3 feet square, replicating what was there. The project also includes restoring and repainting all exterior windows and doors, repointing the exterior terra cotta tiles and sandblasting and painting the exterior wrought iron.
