Look who joined us today at Rosecliff during the first day of Newport Mansions Wine & Food Festival seminars: former New England Patriots defensive lineman Jarvis Green! After retiring from the NFL, Green started Oceans 97, a shrimp and seafood supply company based in his native Louisiana and named with his jersey number. The company has a line of shrimp pâtés that were served during our seminar, “Take a Rosé Journey With Chateau D’Esclans,” paired with four featured wines. The seminar was sold out – as are all the others. Green told us he has attended the festival before.
