Across London, hunger and food insecurity are increasing as more people turn to food clubs for support. Through it all, Jose and Pam are the kind hands their community rely on. Supported by City Harvest, with funding from Comic Relief and Sainsbury's, they ensure everyone has access to a good meal, from distributing food to cooking for those who need it most. Since 2021, Jose has seen the impact of food insecurity up close while delivering food across London. Every drop‑off becomes a moment of connection, as his kindness and positivity brighten the community around him. Pam is City Harvest’s longest‑serving volunteer, affectionately known as “the feeder”.
