Last week, six inspiring students took to the stage for a debate at No. 10 Downing Street, hosted by Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, as part of Comic Relief and Debate Mate’s Red Nose Day 2025 campaign. The students, from Cardinal Heenan High School in Liverpool and Sacred Heart School in London, debated the motion: “This house believes that youth leadership is the best way to tackle the world’s most pressing issues.” The event was an exciting moment for these young voices to debate important global issues, proving that youth leadership is a force for change. #No10 #DebateMate #Empowerment #DJCuppy #DeborahMeaden #JazSingh #SirKierStarmer
