We do an “options prep” each Sunday The only full meals we put together are the pasta & ground turkey as a quick grab & go for lunch. Plus a few overnight oats for breakfast Other than that we mix & match our meals. We have the potatoes, veggies, & extra pasta left to throw with any of the proteins we bought for dinner this week - salmon, chicken, and meat that we cook the night of. This allows us to have what we are in the mood for each day, without having to eat the same thing.
