3D Tracking 🎥🔥

Here’s how I place elements in 3D space:
1. Film with high shutter speed (less motion blur = cleaner roto & tracking).
2. Drop clip into After Effects.
3. Apply the 3D Camera Tracker + check “Detailed Analysis.”
4. Hover + right-click a track point → Create Camera & Solid.
5. Add Grid to the solid — that’s your track test.
6. Add your text/graphic in 3D space.
7. Duplicate clip → remove tracker → name it “Rotoscope.”
8. Use Roto Brush to isolate your hand and bring it to the front.
9. Want motion blur back? Add Directional Blur to the roto layer + keyframe it.
Clean edges. Realistic motion. And your graphic sits perfectly in the scene.
