If your plans are by the beach, please be mindful of: 🏖 making sure to swim between the red and yellow flags at a lifesavingvic patrolled beach 🏖 alcohol-free zones 🏖 noise and behaviour around public and residential spaces 🏖 leaving valuables unattended on the beach or in your car. And if you're living out your "I'm on a boat" dreams, make sure to: 🚢 check you have all the right gear (and a good idea of how to use it properly!) 🚢 slow your vessel to 5 knots when near other boats, ramps, jetties, swimmers, surfers and the shore 🚢 avoid driving personal watercraft too close to boating zones, the shore or near swimmers 🚢 wear a lifejacket 🚢 let someone know where you're going and when you'll be back.
