We're on the ground at the annual St Kilda Festival to make sure all attendees have a safe day while enjoying everything that the event has to offer. A reminder that the festival precinct is an alcohol free zone today. Happy Sunday everyone! 👮🎤🎉 #vicpol #sundayfunday #stkilda #stkildafest
