If you're heading to a festival or even just the beach, make the right decisions this summer and ensure you're here for the next one. Too many festival goers made risky, and potentially lethal choices, at last weeks' Rainbow Serpent Festival in Lexton, including drug trafficking, possession, assaults and drunk and drug driving. Tragically this kind of behaviour resulted in the death of a 22-year-old and others being seriously injured. #vicpol #rainbowserpentfestival #beresponsible
