Have grown up watching Al Roker on the @TODAY Show so to be able to walk and talk with him and then sit down to chat after on @postrunhigh and learn bits and pieces of his life story was such a treat ☀️⛅️ Thank you Al! We love you. #therunninginterviewshow #runwithkate #alroker
