These little ones stole my ❤️ at the mlbya in New Orleans a few weeks ago. This is what we call the "prayer position" to start your pitch. Getting ready to load and then proceed into the "racing dive" after the "prayer position." ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hitters are told to load but it's not talked about much with pitching. It's SO important to get loaded with your bottom half before you explode forward.
