House Speaker Mike Johnson said the presidents of Harvard and MIT should step down in the wake of their much-criticized appearance before a congressional hearing on antisemitism on college campuses. Johnson spoke at WSJ's CEO Council Summit on Monday. Harvard's governing board said Tuesday that Claudine Gay will remain as president, fending off calls for her dismissal.
