They’re opening a brand new location in Tampa at 2540 E. Fowler Ave on Friday, June 16 Friends Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, and Tommy and Gary Rubenya founded Dave’s Hot Chicken in 2017. According to their website, the friends had ‘scrounged’ up $900 to open a small stand in an East Hollywood parking lot, and since then have grown the business nationwide.
