Last week, Sens. Capito and Scott toured #opportunityzones in West Virginia. Opportunity zones, which were created by the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, were designed to spur economic growth and job creation. These zones will potentially provide benefits and long-term investments for 55 communities in West Virginia.
