The first young coaches on the London Coaches Program got together in the capital this week to hear from mentors Shanice Beckford-Norton, Anthony Okereafor, Julius Joseph, Taner Adu and Jules Rickard. Also there were Basketball England's London Region chair Patricia Fairclough, Erik Brucker of the NBA and Cedric Kabongo from the London Mayor's Office. The mentors were on hand to give advice and share their basketball experiences as the first wave of the program gets underway. The partnership between the NBA, the London Mayor's Office and BE will train and develop hundreds of young aspiring coaches, who will reach thousands of young players across the city. #GetInvolved
