There was a time when I thought earning an Emmy would define my career. Although when it happened, it felt more like an exhale than a celebration. And it hasn’t cured my imposter syndrome yet. I’ve learned that it’s the journey that defines you. The long shoot days, countless hours of editing, and not cutting corners. At times it doesn’t seem like that big of a deal, but I wonder what my past self would think of this. Thanks to Jared, Lindsey, Maggie, and the rest of the crew for helping to bring this award home.
