Smiling at people, giving compliments, helping someone out who needs it… I swear it’s medicine! If you’re feeling down and need a serious pick me up, a few moments of pure loving presence with even a stranger at the store or someone you pass by on a walk can be so good… 🧡✨ #randomacts #servicetoallmankind #servicetoothers #lovingkindness #lovemakestheworldgoround #lifeismagic
