Everyone can open themselves up to prayer. The act of praying isn’t tied to religion or any specific practice or higher power. ✨ Growing up as a Buddhist in a super ‘churchy’ community was sometimes very challenging for me. At the time, the terms “prayer”, “angels”, “God”, etc. were words that put me on edge, because every time I’d hear them, it would mean I was about to be bullied for not going to church. I now see this was a blessing though, because I can relate to those who feel yuck about these words or even anything to do with spirituality. ✨ So, I’m here to empower you to reconnect to your spiritual nature if you feel called to. To remind you that you always have spiritual support and connection regardless of your beliefs. You are always looked after.
