I’ve stepped back from the pool this summer to be with my kids more while I work on some exciting projects. But that doesn’t mean I’m not training! This morning I started working out and my kids slowly crept into the garage and joined me. I’ll be honest, sometimes when they join me, I get annoyed. They ask a million questions, want me to stop and watch them, and they start to takeover the space. But we’re working on it together, and today was precious and encouraging to me! They started filming me, then sneaking into videos, then working out alongside me and it ended with them showing me their feats of strength💪🏼! I’m embracing this season even though it wasn’t what I planned on or envisioned.
