As we’re finishing up the garage, I came across one of the coolest gifts I’ve ever received. I became close to the Persinger family during my college days. @the_real_lynners put out a huge blast to the diving community (and probably everyone she knew!) to send her articles of my win that they would find in the newspaper. People from all over the country flooded her with papers and she put them all together in this amazing giant book. From Houston to Honolulu, I made the front page of nearly every American newspaper. But what I love most is seeing who saw these and sent them in, some with sweet letters & notes of congratulations. Thank you Lynn for such an incredible gift!
