Instagram vs. Reality. Don’t let people’s “perfect posts” fool you. #reallife happens in between the posts. I haven’t done this dive in a couple of years but I did quite a few this morning. Some went great; some not so great. But every step you take that moves you forward, no matter how small, is important. Stop comparing yourself to everyone else and start measuring your success by how far you’ve come. Everyone’s path and journey will look different, and we will all face different challenges. As long as you’re pushing through those challenges, you will grow better than you were before. #fridayfun #instagramvsreality #diving #springboarddiving #athletelife #fitoverforty #acdf #keepingitreal #olympian #womeninsport #femaleathlete
