For diving, I have to take care of my body. It has to be able to handle all of the flips, twists, handstands and impacts of daily training. I don’t just worry about recovering after a hard workout that gives me sore muscles or aching joints, I take preventative measures as well. I believe that prevention is key in keeping injuries at bay and also maximizing your performance.

Dry needling (pictured) has been an awesome addition to my prevention and recovery since my return to the water. I’m also a HUGE stretching advocate and attribute much of my longevity in the sport to this. But one of my absolute favorite tools is a little pink drink and an amazing line of plant based supplements. They got me out of a sleep deprived toddler stuper, back into the water and flipping off a three story building at the age of 40. .
I’m not Super Mom, but some days Plexus makes me feel like I should wear a cape. Are you ready to feel this...
