Spicy Peanut tagged along with me to treehousepilates this morning. All the ladies were so sweet and set up a little station for her to participate in MELT! She actually did most of the class with us but eventually wandered off to explore the rest of the studio while giggling. #meltmethod #takeyourdaughtertoworkday #pilates #connectivetissue #sports #athlete #recovery #painrelief #healing
