My little guy woke up early and called out for me. I went up and tucked him back into bed and kissed his cheek. As I pulled away he whispers "Stay with me." Of course I will. So, as I awkwardly sit crouched next to his bed, holding his hand, my mind started to wander. A my little girl awake in her African orphanage? Does she cry out in the night? Does anyone come for her? Does she get enough to eat? Has she been sick? Is anyone holding her?
