11-year-old Elena is gaining confidence and feeling empowered, thanks to our babysitting class. From learning how to change a diaper to understanding how to keep little ones safe during playtime, she is putting her new skills to work as a mother’s helper. Elena is not only earning money and experience but also setting herself up for future success. "I’ve noticed her showing more maturity by taking more initiative at home and being more aware of how to support others," said her mother, Jill.
