For Ivy Grey Robinson, phlebotomy isn't just a job, it's a calling rooted in her lived experience. Growing up, Ivy's sister needed four pints of blood after falling through a glass coffee table. Ivy's life has now come full circle, and today she's a phlebotomist with our team in Maine. "There are people who come in so nervous," Ivy shared. "If I can just make a joke, get them to smile, get them out of their head for a little while, they get through it, and it’s amazing.” Ivy brings her compassion and quick sense of humor to work every day.
