Millions of people bring the Red Cross mission to life every day. This World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day, we're honoring our staff and volunteers who make a difference and save lives, despite the challenges they themselves face. We also pay tribute to our colleagues who have lost their lives in service to others. They remind us of the need to safeguard humanitarians and protect those who risk their lives to help others. #RedCrossRedCrescent #RedCrossDay
