Hot Honey Fig Sour 2 figs muddled .5 oz Hot Honey .75 oz. Lemon Juice 1 oz Egg white 2 oz Rye Whiskey Add honey, figs and lemon. Muddle. Add whiskey and egg white. Dry shake (shake with no ice) for 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker. Shake for another 30 seconds. Double strain to ensure smooth texture. garnish with a fig slice.
