Fall parties just got a little sweeter! My easy pumpkin spice whipped cream frosting is the perfect addition to a @loveicecreamcakes ice cream cake. Fun fact: I am the furthest thing from a baker, so this is the perfect solution to provide something semi-homemade and most importantly...delicious! 1 Carvel ‘Lil Love Ice Cream Cake  1 pint heavy whipping cream  1 cup powdered sugar-sifted 3 Tbsp pumpkin puree  1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg  1/2 pumpkin pie spice  1 tsp vanilla  In a large bowl, add heavy whipping cream. Whisk/beat until frothy and thickened. Add in powdered sugar, whisk until incorporated. Add pumpkin, vanilla, and spices. Fold until the whip cream frosting is thick and forms peaks.  You can add a little orange food coloring, if desired.  Take off the colored frosting on the Carvel ‘Lil love Ice Cream Cake and smooth over a layer of pumpkin spice frosting.
