Butterfly Pea Flower Gin Fizz 🌸 Ingredients 2 oz gin 20 butterfly pea flower florets 1 oz fresh lemon juice 1 oz lavendar simple syrup (plain simple syrup is fine too) 1 egg white (~.75oz) Top with soda water Dry shake gin, lemon, simple, and egg white for 30 seconds.
