Cuteness overload. 🫏 During World War II, pack mules often helped us deliver lifesaving aid and supplies to stations for U.S. soldiers in Italy. The mules would travel on steep, rocky trails carrying medical supplies, canned blood products, and plasma. Troops would even bring them to Red Cross Clubmobiles while they grabbed a pick-me-up of coffee and donuts. #WWII #WWIIHistory #RedCrossHistory #Archives
